Packaging and storage of NPVC pipes

Packaging and marking of NPVC pipes and fittings is done in compliance with the “ТУ У В.2.5-25.2-00203594.021-2001” standard.

Packaging ensures safety and integrity of products. Pipes are packaged via binding with a polypropylene tape at not less than 2 points.

Storage of pipes complies with the “ГОСТ 15150” standard, section 10, under 5 (“ОЖ 4”) conditions: tented microclimatic areas with moderate/cold climate with air temperature from 50°С to –50°С and relative air humidity 80% (annual mean) at 15°С (maximum value 100% at 25°С).

Height of transportation and storage pile

For S 20 series (SDR 41) and S 16 series (SDR 33) pipes the pile must be less than 1,50 m high during transportation or storage. For other pipes it must be less than 2,50 m high.

Warranted shelflife is 2 years from the date of manufacture.

Pipes and fittings are certified (CONFORMITY CERTIFICATE, No UА1.012.0057684-04) and approved for drinking water supply by the Ministry of public healthcare of Ukraine (Sanitary conclusion N 505.07/156/5830 от 18.05.2001). Every lot of pipes and fittings is documented with a quality certificate.

Lifetime of NPVC pipes amounts to 50 years.
