Brovary Plastics Plant has been holding for many years the leading position among Ukraine’s largest plastics processing enterprises.
From the date of its foundation, March 22nd, 1966, the plant has been constantly expanding operation. During its dynamic development new technologies of polymers processing were run in. Equipment was supplied by major Austrian, German and domestic companies.
Here are some history marks, describing the evolution of the company’s legal status.
1966 to 1991 – Brovary Plastics Plant has been a state-owned enterprise
1992 to 1994 – Brovary Plastics Plant has been being leased
Since 1995 – Brovary Plastics Plant has been a private joint-stock company
During its 41-year history Brovary Plastics Plant ran in the production technologies for many types of polymeric products which comply with international standards. Now the range of products covers:
- NPVC pressure pipes and fittings for drinking water supply;
- NPVC pipes for underground sewer systems;
- NPVC pipes for electric wiring protection;
- polyethylene pipes for transportation of water, gas and other technical needs;
- adhesive PVC tape;
- polyethylene film and film products;
- table oilcloth with PVC coating;
- PVC film with a printed pattern;
- industrial and household goods, manufactured via injection molding.
Brovary Plastics Plant is the Ukraine’s only producer of pressure pipes of non-plasticized polyvinylchloride (NPVC) for drinking water supply.
Collaborating intensively with the appropriate scientific and research institutes, our company keeps improving and updating the technology of production procedures with an accent on environmental responsibility and safety.
The primary distinguishing feature of our product is its high quality. As for NPVC pipe, it can be well-proven with the permanently high demand for it during the whole period of its production. We use top-quality raw materials in manufacture of drinking-water pipes, thus ensuring the sanitary safety of our product.
All of our products are certified (Certificate No. UA1.012.0105749-06, valid through July 19, 2009). Each type of our product is under constant control of the appropriate state bodies such, as State Standardization Committee, sanitary-epidemiology and environmental survey institutions etc.
We have at our disposal a test laboratory staffed with highly-qualified specialists. The laboratory is accredited in the UkrSEPRO certification system (Certificate of Accreditation No. UA 6.001.T034, valid through March 22, 2008).
Nowadays Brovary Plastics Plant keeps expanding its activity. Substantial funds are invested in enhancement of production processes and further introduction of manufacture of inner sewerage pipes, pipes for drainage and hot water supply. Our company has always been a reliable and dynamic Ukrainian producer, and it is sure to remain this in future.
