These pipes and fittings are used for drinking water supply and transportation of other substances, which PVC and gasket material are chemically resistant to. (See data on chemical resistance in the “ÑÍ 550-82” Instructions for design of technologic pipelines of plastic pipes").
Pressure pipes are produced for a certain nominal pressure PN. It is constant inner water pressure at 20°C, which can be endured within 50 years.
Nominal pressure PN: 6,3 atm.; 8,0 atm.; 10,0 atm.; 12,5 atm.; 16,0 atm.
Types of product:
smooth pipes
reserve strength ratio C=2,0 (PVC-125).outer diameter 20 to 90 mm reserve strength ratio C = 2,5 (PVC-100)
bell-mouthed pipes for connection using rubber ring gasket.
outer diameter 110 to 315 mm
reserve strength ratio C=2,0 (PVC-125).
